The best postcard ever

A few days ago, I received this most awesome "postcard" from my best friend, who was on a vacation at the baltic sea. I was very surprised to find a real "bottle mail" in my mail box:

But it is not just the form of the mail, that is so amazing. When I opened the letter and read only the salutation, my day was already made:



For those who don't know how to german: the letter starts with "Dear princess Celestia. Today I've learned a valuable lesson."

My friend is one of the few people who know that I'm a fan of MLP and since he occasionally watches the show, he knows the basics and characters too. And so, he wrote his entire "postcard" in the style of the letters that Twilight sent to Celestia at the end of all of the older episodes, greeting me with "Dear Princess Celestia" and finishing the letter with "Your faithful student Twilight Sparkle".



I found this postcard so amazing that I just wanted to share it with the world too (tho probably no one will ever read this journal entry, but whateffs). I'll definetely keep it at a special spot somewhere at my place.
